(I am basically just venting).
Is there a way for Jewish/Jews-in-process LGBT's to connect with each other?
Also, is Judaism LGBT friendly compared to other religions?
I plan on converting to reform Judaism sometime within the next year, after studying it for 4 years. I am bisexual, & I prefer women. I have seen a lot of reform synagogues post friendly, accepting things but I am worried.
I also worry about falling in love with a gentile.
It is difficult to be a Jew-in-process, while also being attracted to the same sex. I feel like my chances of dating are virtually zero! I worry about ending up alone, and I also worry about not being able to find someone who accepts my religion.
Keshet works for a world in which all Jewish organizations and communities are strengthened by LGBTQ inclusive policy, programming, culture, and leadership and where Jews of all sexual orientations and gender identities can live fully integrated Jewish lives.
