Withdrawal From Lebanese side of Village Seen as Strengthening Diplomatic Hand Against Hezbollah
There was an article about this in the WSJ on 11/18/10. Israel has agreed to withdraw its forces from the northern half of the village of Ghajar which straddles the Israeli-Lebanese border. The paper spent a half page on the article, so it must be significant.
Israel accepted a two year old proposal by the United Nations that will bring home the last Israeli soldiers from lebanon following the 2006 war against Hezbollah.
